Can you guarantee results?
No, and it will not be written as though I could. Engagements that require a guarantee on revenue, funding, traffic or market success are ones I decline.
This is structural rather than cautious. Overseas growth depends on product, price, delivery, sales execution and market conditions, and most of those sit outside an advisor's control. Anyone offering that guarantee is either describing a variable they do not control or trading a promise they do not intend to keep for a signature.
What I take responsibility for is framing the problem correctly, separating fact from assumption from constraint from wish, producing a prioritised and bounded path, and not writing unverified material as conclusion. In prior work I also make no claim about improvements to traffic, enquiries or revenue, because no verifiable measurement of those exists.
